From the moment you arrive the focus is on you. You’ll have time to take a few moments to use the restroom, have a drink and settle in. We’ll chat about your goals, what results you’re hoping to see and I’ll answer any questions. No matter what service you’re coming for, I want you to feel like you can take a breath, step away form the city chaos and have a moment for yourself.

When you work with me, you're not on your own between appointments. I follow up to make sure you feel good about your results and your routine. If you have questions or just want to talk through something, I'm always just a text away.
